Poco pi\u00f9 di due settimane per prepararsi e studiare per il Concorso indetto dal Comune di Cassano<\/a> sono poche, troppo poche.<\/p>\n

Lo rilevano in due distinte note i Consiglieri comunali di minoranza Angelo Giustino e Raffaella Casamassima a proposito del Bando di concorso per 4 impiegati, effettuato con una procedura molto ristretta nei tempi: il 6 dicembre la pubblicazione sulla piattaforma \u201cin PA\u201d, il 17 la chiusura delle candidature ed il 23 dicembre gi\u00e0 le prime due prove (selettiva e scritta) mentre l\u2019ultima, quella orale, \u00e8 prevista per il 27 dicembre.<\/p>\n

L\u2019obiettivo dell\u2019Amministrazione comunale \u00e8 quella di arrivare ad assumere i quattro idonei entro il 30 dicembre prossimo: si paventa, infatti, che la legge di Bilancio in discussione in questi giorni al Parlamento possa stringere le maglie delle assunzioni negli enti locali quando invece Comuni come quello di Cassano ha disperatamente bisogno di personale dopo le ultime \u201cpartenze\u201d anche per motivi di et\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Non per nulla, di recente, la Giunta Comunale ha negato il nulla-osta a ben sei lavoratori comunali che avrebbero voluto partecipare ad un Concorso indetto dal Comune di Santeramo in Colle, di fatto impedendogli di partecipare; atto che \u00e8 nella facolt\u00e0 della Giunta ma pi\u00f9 unico che raro dalle nostre parti, visto anche il numero elevato di richieste.<\/p>\n

Tornando al Concorso: Giustino e Casamassima sollevano dubbi sulla trasparenza dell\u2019operazione, oltre che sui tempi risicati per partecipare e prepararsi su materia giuridiche e leggi della pubblica amministrazione; tenendo conto che per partecipare basta anche il solo diploma di scuola media superiore, conseguito magari in un Istituto dove tali discipline non sono mai state affrontate, il compito appare proibitivo per molti.<\/p>\n

Considerazioni a parte, poi, per come verranno gestiti i quiz, come saranno corretti e dunque il riflesso sulla graduatoria parziale e finale, da parte di una Commissione che (probabilmente per questioni di risparmio economico) sar\u00e0 tutta interna ovvero formata da Dirigenti e impiegati del Comune cassanese.<\/p>\n

La Consigliera comunale e metropolitana, poi, fa un passaggio sulle vecchie battaglie del Movimento 5 Stelle, rappresentato in Consiglio Comunale da Rossana Angiulo: la Casamassima sottolinea, appunto, come la collega \u2013 di emiciclo e di professione \u2013 non si sente fiatare sull\u2019argomento!<\/p>\n

Giustino, infine, invita tutti ad iscriversi al Concorso, anche per verificare di persona che le procedure siano corrette, trasparenti e uguali per tutti e lancia una provocazione: \u201cmi iscriver\u00f2 anch\u2019io!\u201d.<\/p>\n
